Welcome to Natalie Susi Consulting. By accessing or using our website (www.nataliesusi.com) and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the site.
1. Eligibility
Our services are available only to individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By using our website and services, you represent that you meet this eligibility requirement.
2. Account Creation
To access certain services, you may be required to create an account via our platform on Kajabi. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and agree not to share your account information with anyone. Any unauthorized access or misuse of your account is your responsibility.
3. Pricing and Payment
All payments for our courses and coaching services must be made through our third-party platforms (Kajabi, Stripe, PayPal, Google Pay). Please do not send any personal payment information via email or message. There are no refunds for courses or coaching programs. If you are unsatisfied, you must reach out immediately for us to rectify the situation. Memberships must be canceled at least 7 days before the next payment is due. No refunds will be issued for payments already made, including yearly payments if cancellation occurs before the end date.
4. User Conduct
By using our services, you agree not to engage in any actions that could harm our platform or other users. This includes, but is not limited to, attempting to gain unauthorized access, uploading harmful content, or engaging in fraudulent behavior. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms.
5. Intellectual Property
All content and materials provided through our website, courses, and services, including text, images, logos, and videos, are the intellectual property of Natalie Susi Consulting. You may not copy, distribute, or use any materials without express written consent from us.

7. Course Material Access and Recordings
We aim to provide indefinite access to all purchased course materials and recordings for as long as Natalie Susi Consulting is in business. However, we reserve the right to remove or discontinue any course at any time. In the event of such discontinuation, customers who have purchased the course will be provided with a copy of the course materials for their personal records or given the option to save the course content prior to removal.
Please note that this policy does not account for unexpected life-changing events, such as the death of the business owner, natural disasters, or bankruptcy, which may impact our ability to continue offering access to the course materials. In these cases, Natalie Susi Consulting cannot be held responsible for loss of access to purchased content.
8. Liability and Disclaimer
Our courses and services are provided "as is." Natalie Susi Consulting makes no guarantees or warranties regarding the results or outcomes from using our content. You agree that we are not liable for any damages, losses, or other liabilities that arise from your use of our services or website.

10. Termination
